Prior to MetaCX, Rona was at DesignMap where she had the opportunity to work with a handful of renowned companies, creating purposeful solutions for a diverse set of industries and people.
About Her
Rona understands that people are complex, with specific behaviors and goals that need to be met. Her work is mindful and dependably results in meaningful, careful solutions.
Outside of "work-work", she tries to share her design experiences with others. She's done a couple of small speaking gigs, is a recurring guest at her alma mater, and perhaps her current favorite contribution: holding design workshops and talks for local grade school to middle schoolers who are interested in STEM-focused futures. (A small girl gave her an unsolicited thank-you-hug once and she melted in her shoes.)
Rona currently lives in Oakland, CA and hella loves it. (She grew up in the bay area so she gets a pass for using “hella”.) She is an ISFJ, an enneagram type 9, and a Hufflepuff.
